| 199597 | 2003-12-11 20:37:00 | hi for ages when we log on into our own windows(xp proffesional) the comp loads a desk top with nothing on it whirs and bangs (quietly) then reloads the correct desktop and all is well ive just run a program called regcleaner which tells me the load sequence is start up list desk top loaded from start menu desktop loaded from start menu common user ect ect im presuming the double loading is because we only need to load one desktop which one should load and therefore which one can i stop from loading (and am i correct) thanks peter |

| 199598 | 2003-12-11 21:07:00 | if i get what you're saying.... before you listen to me, backup everything.... right i would delete the one that sayd "from start menu" without "common user", mainly because that is first (silly logic, yes) and that if you normally log into it then your files will be stored with your used and not the default account of the computer. |
