| 199716 | 2003-12-12 03:47:00 | First, find out what type it is. try downloading a free program called AIDA32 and run it. Depending on your Windows flavour, right click on "My Computer" and choose properties. Click on Hardware , device manager and look for the "Displayadaptor" heading. |

| 199717 | 2003-12-12 22:07:00 | Hi Fern Any luck with finding your Video Card properties? Another way of digging out this information from your computer is to go Start > Run. Type in dxdiag and hit OK. Let the program load and then check under the Display Tab for Device information. It will list the name and manufacturer of the display device. Also look under the Driver section for the current version and date of your video driver. You will also see on the System Tab a lot more information on your PC, including what the current DirectX Version is. Once we know what type you have, instructions can be given on how to update the driver. Are you needing to update the driver because of gaming issues? |
