But once again I must point out the the forum is not slow for everyone, and I don't think the problem of it running slow for some people is something that could easily be targetted and fixed without a major overhaul of the software running the forum. It is also my opinion that the forum is quite light-weight. You don't see any avatars here (apart from the tiny moderator ones), and neither can you embed images into your posts. Both of these mean loading times should be faster than other forums that enable these features, which are by any means not necessary anyway. |
