| 200349 | 2003-12-14 08:27:00 | It does get painfully slow at times . The slowest site around sad to say, especially when going from a thread back to the main page, and at other times when trying to get onto PF1 . I think it varies with the amount of traffic . |

I agree with Terry, it does get really slow to load at times, like going from a thread to the main page. Also opening a thread from the link in the email notification is slow. It's not just you, Chilling ;) |

I haven't changed anything either, maybe due to the amount of people on the site at any one time? J :D |

| 200356 | 2003-12-14 16:14:00 | I'm in France, on ADSL 512KBPS where I download between 50-100 KBPS, normally 60kbps. Anyway, pages normally load up instantly, but PRESS F1 is pretty slow. Not slow compared to how sites loaded up on poor old dialup or jetstream, but in comparison to the huge forums I am apart of, with thousands of topics and users online at any time, this forum is the slowest of the lot. I like Press F1 but I find the forums to be poor in comparison to vBulletin v2 or v3. |
