200938 2003-12-16 00:09:00 My problem:

When opening any website page IE says error on page. And says runtime error on line 313. Line number changes dependind on where mouse pointer is. It also does not open window when putting mouse pointer on lines where there is a sub window.

I have IE 6 and reinstalled from microsoft downloads. Win98 pen3 1 Gig 288RAM

Please help
Thanks

200941 2003-12-16 00:50:00 Yes I've done that but it does not change anything.
The run time window does dissappear but it still does not load website correctly.
Ant other solutions?

200942 2003-12-16 01:04:00 Set IE to default settings
In Internet Explorer go to Tools\Internet Options

1/ On the General tab press "Delete Files" then tick "Delete All Offline
Content" then press "OK". Now press "Delete Cookies" then "OK".
2/ On the Security tab press "Default Level" then press "Apply"
3/ On the Privacy tab press "Default" then press "Apply
4/ On the Programs tab press "Reset Web Settings" remove the tick from
"Also Reset My Home Page" press "Yes" then "OK" then "Apply"
6/ On the Advanced tab press "Restore Defaults" then press "Apply" then "OK".
