201139 2003-12-16 20:49:00 HTML is Hyper Text Markup Language, the code that tells your webbrowser how to display webpages .

Plain text is just that, plain text - plain, non coloured fonts, no formatting, no fancy backgrounds, etc etc .

Plain text emails are much smaller in file size and therefore faster to send . Use plain text unless you want to send your emails with formatting and fancy backgrounds .

Mime is . . . . . um . . . . . I dunno . Ask Google . :-P

201142 2003-12-17 02:01:00 Easy way to remember the difference is:

HTML BAD!
MIME BAD!
TEXT GOOD!
OUTLOOK BAD!
ATTACHMENTS BAD!
VIRUSUS BAD!

Any thing but outbreak GOOD!!
