| 201400 | 2003-12-18 06:22:00 | Can anyone offer some useful tips here. Power settings turn screen off after 30minutes but moving an arrow key or mouse will not wake the screen up again. Gigabyte 7VAXP Ultra MB, Win 98 SE, Athlon 1800, Geforce 4 video card. I dont like rebooting to get the screen going again so have set the screen power off to never and use a screen saver. just like to know whats going on. thanks |

| 201401 | 2003-12-18 06:39:00 | Have the BIOS settings been altered? They have a "power management set up" that controls this. You could revert to default if in doubt. Bye |
