| 201894 | 2003-12-20 05:43:00 | The best boost you can give your system is to look after it properly. Use disk defragmenter and disk cleanup regularly. Make sure you keep your antivirus up to date and use a program such as Ad-aware 6 or Spybot Search & Destroy to keep it clean of spyware. Don't download and install every piece of software you can find on the net - be selective :). You might want to use a registry cleaner (to cleanup all the left over files when you do uninstall programs.
