The only reference I could find to your board was an Iwill mobo which doesn't help. Best option would be to take it to a reputable comp shop and get them to test out the options before you lay out any dollars. P4 2.4's retail about $300 to 380 depending where you get one. If your present chip is a willamette p4 then then you would probably notice the difference upgrading to a northwood 2.4. If it is a northwood 1.8 I wouldn't bother unless you are a hard core gamer. By the way, where did you get a commate mobo from ?
