203002 2003-12-25 10:39:00 Did you Burn the ISO as an Image file, or did you burn it like a Normal Data CD?

What are you using to Burn the .iso?

203003 2003-12-25 11:37:00 I Burned it as a normal data CD, using Nero

I did see the image file option but I wasn't sure so I just ignored it

203004 2003-12-25 21:22:00 Basically when you load up Nero, close the first window that appears (If its a Wizard it may be two windows you have to close)

Then click on (Going from memory sorry, its been about two months since I used Nero) there's something like Advanced in the Toolbar, then click on Burn Image File (Or somthing to that effect).

Select the ISO file and hit Burn :-)

Cheers

203005 2003-12-25 22:04:00 And make sure your bios is set to boot from cd. mikebartnz (21)
203006 2003-12-26 23:41:00 In all versions of Nero I am familiar with, to burn an image you can select "File" from the Toolbar and roughly in the middle is "Burn Image" all that you need to do then is select the ISO / Bin / NRG... well you get the picture
I love Nero for a nice balance of power & simplicity

203007 2003-12-27 01:05:00 I presume this is the same in later versions of Nero but with ver 5 do this...

1. File|New
2. Click the Close Wizard button if the Wizard appears.
3. In the left hand window of New Compilation scroll down until you see CDROm (Bootable) and select this option

There are a few options here for booting - see 'How to create bootable CDs with Nero' in Nero Help for more info. Also as Mike has mentioned make sure the CDR forms part of your boot sequence. (normally floppy, CDR then HD)
