202943 2003-12-25 10:03:00 Oh yes, I might be "tackling the sales" tomorrow.

After stuffing my face with food, we went over to my uncles house to meet the rest of the family... stuffed my face with more food (to a lesser extent, as I was already full ;)), and opened more pressies (more clothes, some desk calendar thingie with pens, which means I don't have to replace my defunct ballpoints, etc)...

Here's for a boxing day full of left over food :D

Man I wish my parents had you as tenants in our house.
All we got last week was late rent :p

I s'pose you could count the 80 gig HDD I got two days ago for the XBox as a Christmas prezzy to the rest of the family who use it.

Unlike Agent, I'll be full from today's meals and wont need much at all tomorrow. Im hoping for a day of great Boxing Day sales at Westcity!!

202946 2003-12-25 19:46:00 never more have I felt married with children...
my sum total of PC-related, cellphone-related or home theatre-related gifts are a big fat zero :)
wife and kids all gave me men's aftershave, underarm and other fragrances (do I stink or what?).
Aunt gave me a pair of jandals (whoppee).
M&F in-law gave me a pair of shorts, which very depressingly, don't fit (but I always fitted "S" before - what happened?).
Got the DVD player already and was desperatly hoping for *one* dvd to watch but zilcho.
Oh at times to be single again!

Slightly OT but really funny: you seen that ad for lotto where the guy has a ride-on mower for that little strip of lawn? Aunt bought herself a brand new ride on for her lawn which is tiny - the motor barely gets warm by the time she has finished!

202947 2003-12-25 19:59:00 Gave a LOTR ring (not " the one"), bike chain, games programming book & a nice bottle of perfume.

Received a hands-free soldering tool with magnifier, Japanese sake set & a coffee plunger - can't make up my mind which ones to use in what sequence LMAO

Merry Xmas to one and all.

Steve A. - how's the Transonic DVD from the red store ? Saw it too and was meaning to get one for myself after the back pocket has had time to recover...

202949 2003-12-25 20:29:00 Update... I got a thing for pens, with a calendar and temperature display. Its currently 20.2 degrees C in my office (seems rather sensitive as it jumps around a bit). If anyone whats to know the temperature in my office just let me know :D

I got a Dymocks voucher which will probably be used on a computer book (boring...).

I got a rubbish tin for my office (hmmmm - it does need a tidyup I suppose).

Temperature update... its now 20.7C
