202934 2003-12-25 07:43:00 I got Call of Duty for pc, its the coolest game, ive nearly completed it, and i got Band of Brothers DvD, and chocolate... hazza (2704)
202935 2003-12-25 07:48:00 I got another lump of coal from that miserable Santa Claus (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz) person. He's a real hard man to please, that's for sure. :-( Susan B (19)
202936 2003-12-25 07:50:00 I didn't really need anything for myself this Xmas, so I decided to play Santa instead.
My landlord is 70+ and decided three months ago that he wanted to learn about computers. I passed on to him an old 200mH beastie that I had intended to throw out, and he has had a lot fun. He has even been attending basic computer courses at Manukau Tech.
So I have shouted him a $980 1.2GH model as encouragement.

Happy Christmas everyone.

202937 2003-12-25 08:25:00 Well, OK, I may have got a lump of coal from Santa Claus but there were a few things under the tree for me this morning from other people . :p

Lots of chocolates, including some very special Belgian ones that I have never had before - yum!! :-)

A new watch, which was quite a surprise because my old one got fixed .

A pair of my very own moto-x gloves, at long last! Also got my helmet back since HWMO got a new one for himself from Santa .

A couple of other small bits and pieces .

The computers got their presents a couple of days ago after a trip to Dragon's Cave for some adhesive - The Beast got some rounded HDD and CD drive cables and the Win 98 box got a new optical mouse .

So much for the LCD monitor, ADSL connection and laptop that I had on my Wish List . :p :D

And that's yet another Christmas Day all over . The tribe have been stuffed to the eyeballs and with all the leftovers in the fridge Hollow Legs had better not complain of being hungry for at least two days . ;-)
