202793 2003-12-24 22:42:00 Merry Christmas.

My IE 6 is unable to display this webpage: 211.100.8.186

I suspect ZA is blocking it but after shutting down ZA, it still doesn't help.

Whereas, another machine with same configuration but no ZA installed is able to display the above page.

Can someone enlighten me, please

Cheers

Do you have macromedia flash???? You need it to open that page (it is a flash page) you can get macromedia flash from http://www.macromedia.com

And macromedia flash is safe to use ;)

202795 2003-12-25 04:02:00 Yes, I do have macromedia flash installed, and I could load other mac flash webpages without any problem. bk T (215)
202796 2003-12-25 04:12:00 i cant display it either. try netscape Megaman (344)
202797 2003-12-25 05:05:00 I can see it with no problems. Try going to Task Manager and killing the ZA process.

But then you do have a Flash problem anyway? So it could possibly be a setting within IE itself.

Well, the issue here is, my other machine could display it with IE without any problem!

I'm sure there must be some setting somewhere in IE or ZA that blocks the display - most probably not ZA because my other browser Mozilla (same machine), could display it .

202799 2003-12-25 06:45:00 I can see that page ok.

Have you tried reinstalling flash?

Maybe it does not have exactly the same configuration?

Rebooting with ZoneAlarm disabled may make it work.
