| 203095 | 2003-12-25 23:15:00 | this is really bugging me. My CDrom was working fine untill i put an old harddisk in so i could copy some files onto it, the hard disk i put in is an old 1.7gig seagate. windows didnt detect the 'new' harddisk and then it didnt want to know about my current CDrom driver either. I took the harddisk out and now im just using my normal 1 by itself, but windows still doesnot detect the cdrom, however it does says its there in the bios. this is reaaaally annoying meeeee help? using 98se |

| 203097 | 2003-12-25 23:25:00 | When you installed the other hard drive did you have the Master / Slave jumpers set properly. In Device Manager remove the CD that is showing and then do a restart. |
