I am using ie6 and windows xp and have only one user account setup and it is an administrator account. When I go to change the settings from internet explorer tools menu I get an error message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer..." I can change the settings for ie from the control panel but would like to re-enable the tools>>internet options from within ie. How do I do this? |

Do you use Spybot Search & Destroy? If so, go and remove the tick from under Immunize beside "Lock IE control Panel ....."
If that doesn't work, or you don't have Spybot installed post back as there is something else you can try. |
