| 1331023 | 2013-03-06 20:43:00 | Not wanting to hijack a thread but i have a bidder on my car who have crap feedback, 39 positive 8 negative, and i have asked if he is a genuine bidder in the questions, if he doesnt respond by the end of the day is it ok to remove his bid and block him, i just dont want to be mucked around. I think the name is an indicator as well. Stay well clear this guy is trouble with a capital T. |

| 1331025 | 2013-03-06 20:56:00 | The trick is to not get greedy and trade with people with bad feedback. Its not worth the risk, trade with 100% good feedback traders only. Well I have 98 or 99% I think and the two are from the same person who sold me some bad RAM few years back and would not reply to emails. When I rang him (in Akl) he abused me and told me I was stupid. I thence put negative feedback on him, mainly on his business manners really, and he retaliated. Trademe told me they couldn't determine whether the RAM was faulty or otherwise and wouldn't consider removing it. Actually the RAM working or otherwise had nothing to do with his manners and refusal to discuss the matter. Oh well. So you would not deal with me because of that? Just being facetious of course prefect, however how can you trust 100% positives if people are afraid of writing negative ones in order to avoid retaliation? See my point? I personally only had three bad experiences buying through trademe and mainly because you usually get what you pay for. Now I ask loads of questions before bidding, that helps me determine a good traders from the not so good. |
