| 1330913 | 2013-03-03 06:05:00 | THIS! I also buy vinyl too. I've never over the past few years seen anything on vinyl that I wanted hence I still get CDs and mostly from the US as they're not available here. Will take a lossy download but only as a last resort. |

I like CD's, I like having the physical product, I like the artwork, the CD liners etc etc. And a big CD collection still looks good on a shelving unit in my HT room. I agree with that statement, and generally I do the same for artists that merit that title. However not all musicians can come out with albums containing 10/12 tracks all worth listening to. In those cases I'd rather just buy the tracks in isolation, if possible, hence the lossless market comes handy. Really I want to avoid downloading those few tracks illegally, that is all. |
