1331157 2013-03-04 20:24:00 ^ Yep, they're not hard to find, Dickies sell them www.dicksmith.co.nz I think where there may be a bit of confusion, is they are actually made by Panasonic..
I've got a DMC-LS85 quite a while back - cheaper / earlier version of the one at DSE This One (www.imaging-resource.com) - does the job, nothing flash. :)

1331158 2013-03-04 21:27:00 They are selling on trade me, digital cameras tz30 and
tz20, because they said 'allows pick up' I asked where
the pick up was. They replied 'K rd and Henderson.

When you say "they" I'd want to know if it was a company that does mainly wholesale as "he" says or just some guy buying at staff discount and selling on TradeMe.

1331159 2013-03-05 00:03:00 His feedback seems OK. But how many of those people have tried to send anything back to him under warranty? Might be better to go somewhere you know you can trust. Agent_24 (57)

1331161 2013-03-05 09:30:00 Leica lenses (as used in this camera) are an excellent quality item. A 16x optical lens in a camera of this price range is a pretty good deal. Check back on the Leica history. Interesting reading. BobM (1138)
1331162 2013-03-05 19:32:00 My wife has the TZ30 and loves it.Upgraded from the previous one.Good price but no warranty on the TMe site as "they" say. Neil McC (178)

AFAIK Panasonic design and manufacture their own lens with Leica acting as consultants. The Leica branding is a commercial arrangement.

This is the new TZ40/ZS30 out this month, Panasonic NZ hadn't confirmed a local release date when I enquired though. Just vaguely said if we get that model it will be late March/early April.
