They are denied because they are not employed, why should the landlord take that risk? $80 a week seems rather steep, but he is entitled to charge something extra as a house is usually rented with a agreement stating how many people will occupy it and if the tenant violates that by bringing in another person (its irrelevant how that other person arrives or who it is) then the landlord has the right to redress that breach. Quite frankly I am sick to the back teeth of these people "needing" more because of colour. Would you be championing their cause if they were white? Um PCtek said they are working |
