204097 2003-12-30 04:16:00 i made an Admin account for myself and and put some of my files on my desktop for easier access. But when ever i go to the original account(which is a limited account) i see my files there, on the desktop. why is it coming on their desktop also?. they are capable of deleting the files too and it won't show on my desktop either. i created a 3rd account for my dad but this doesn't happen to his account. Please Help !

204099 2003-12-30 21:27:00 The Admin account is meant for global administration purposes and in most cases will put files in the c:/Documents & Settings/All Users folder rather than c:/Documents & Settings/Admin directory.

If you open up explorer and browse to c:/Documents & Settings/All Users/Desktop and cut and paste the links you don't want all users to see into c:/Documents & Settings/Admin/Desktop folder.
This will ensure the links are only visible to the Admin user.
