| 204057 | 2004-01-06 23:58:00 | hi. will dvd writers get much cheaper iin the upcoming few months? thought they were already pretty cheap. I might give up the upgrade of the cpu and go for a dvd burner. But what benefits are there really? I only use CDRW for music and sharing files (which hardly exceed 500mb) |

| 204058 | 2004-01-08 23:11:00 | dvd burners were created for movies editing video files etc also very useful for imaging C: drives as a backup. they will get cheaper as the technology improves like cd burners they will increase in speed and be able to burn up to 20 gigs in the future the blanks are still a little pricey |
