| 204767 | 2004-01-01 21:26:00 | Help! I am up to the last step in trying to burn a DVD from my digital video camera. I am using Ulead Video Studio 6. What a nightmare it's been! Does any one else know how to use this software? I am in the Finish step and my next instruction is to push the Export button to burn it to DVD - but the Export button is a gray shade and so nothing happens!**@#@#! Any suggestions? |

| 204769 | 2004-01-02 00:59:00 | Ifyou are using XP you might have to turn off the built in CD Writing software as it holds a lock on the CD burning so that other software sometimes cannot see that you have a burner. | Big John (551) | ||

There will be an option somewhere where you can choose the burner. If not, perhaps try exporting it to the hard drive and then burning via another program. Or course, this is quite crude. Check the documentation that came with the product. |
