| 204662 | 2004-01-01 01:57:00 | a while back i posted item re hanging while entering standby in windows XP pro. finally solved... caused by the windows drivers as part of the creative sound blaster installation that comes with my sound card. the thing is, the programs can be installed without the windows drivers. IE uncheck that item. the more up to date generic system drivers do fine. any creative sound blaster live users having same problem just need to uninstall or roll back and reinstall minus creatives windows drivers. |
