| 204651 | 2004-01-01 01:48:00 | Why in "New connection Wizard" the "Dial-up connection" is disabled,(grayed out)? Can anyone help? Thanks, Taly. | Taly (4598) | ||
| 204652 | 2004-01-01 02:10:00 | try going into control panel, system, device manager. make sure your modem is installed and doesn't have a yellow circle with a black exclimation mark in it. that means it doesn't have drivers, or the drivers or the device itself isn't compatible with the os. also try getting the latest drivers from the net. it can be a little hard without a connection so get a friend to download them and put them on cd/floppy. | Megaman (344) | ||

| 204655 | 2004-01-01 05:02:00 | This has popped up here before and i have experienced it as well,Some causes are after appliing sp1,installing an update,going back to a restore point and/or choosing last good settings from the boot menu. The windows database lists it as a corupt registry and has instructuioins for finxing it,ill go see if i can track it down. |
