204600 2004-01-01 01:46:00 As a benevolent Grandfather I put Saddleclub..Willowbrook on my computer which my Granddaughter bought with her to stay a fortnight.
She appeared to be playing very well when the desk top screen started flashing and there was an enlargement of desk top icons........
I had to reboot and all was then A O K.....Why?
OS XP Pro.

204601 2004-01-01 02:22:00 it happens to my games and i just put up wif it...
but i went to have a look for some solutions and apparently theres a support website
and searching that, i found this..

Unexpected Exit Error Support (www.atarisupport.com)

Main Support website is Support (www.atarisupport.com)

Specific Game Support page is SaddleClub Support (www.atarisupport.com)

I hope any or all of this is any help to you :-)

204602 2004-01-01 04:47:00 Thanks a million......this has made my day and is an example of what I believe PRESS F1 is all about........I know I am old and find some F1 tedious...unnecessary...some times only the chance for increasing count but I also know long AGO WHEN I WAS MUCH YOUNGER.....I TOO MAY HAVE DONE THE SAME.......
Happy New YEAR TO ALL.

204603 2004-01-01 05:00:00 I bought my daughter the Saddle Club Game and it didnt work on our XP Pro so we ended up taking it back to Harvey Norman. They exchanged it for something else for us much to our relief! Donald M (942)
204604 2004-01-01 08:56:00 In case the options in online support dont work you could try amending the screen resolution before you start the program. By the sounds of it with your icons getting bigger the resolution is changing as the program cant run at your native Windows setting.

If the manual says the program needs to be run in a particular video resolution then that could be the problem. I have had problems in the past with older games that bomb out unless I manually change the resolution before playing the game. Theres a couple of free programs around that may help with quickly changing the resolution...

Rapid Res (http://www.charlespetzold.com/) creates an icon in your system tray so you can quickly change the video res.

Resolution Changer (www.12noon.com) enables you to start the program so it will begin at a certain resolution then automatically change it back to your normal setting when the program is finished.
