| 204453 | 2003-12-31 09:40:00 | Hi, Running XP Pro. According to AVG I have virus propho worm. Ran Trend from the net. It didnt pick it up . Avg Now doesnt pick it up but tells me that a file in System Volume Information\.. A0020242.EXE is the worm but XP wont permit me to even open the sys/info folder. Did the usual search on the net for Propho with no result. I. Have I got a virus? and 2. How the hell can I open Sys/info folder. Thanks in advance Peter |

| 204454 | 2003-12-31 09:47:00 | Right-Click on My Computer and choose Properties. Click on the System Restore Tab, and select Disable on all drives. Apply it and it should clear out system restore. Run a scan and then re-enable it :-) |
