205033 2004-01-05 08:14:00 Hi Folks
I tried all your suggestions but unfortunately it didn't work for me. Thanks for reading and replying, back to windows 3.1 for me!

Cheers

205034 2004-01-05 10:14:00 I use Paradise, Clear net and Quik as ISPs for various purposes. The problem you describe has existed with both Paradise and Clear for some weeks now with Paradise saying that they are aware of it and are going to fix it but nothing ever seems to happen.

Quik on the other hand will send anything without problems. All messages are sent from the same PC with W2K and OE6. Perhaps it is time someone gave Paradise/Clear a wake up call? Their service to dial-up customers seems to have deteriorated markedly

205035 2004-01-05 10:16:00 Hi Finny,
In OE go to Tools, Options, & click the Send tab look at all the check boxes & see if you need to tick or untick something in there & also do you have HTML checked as your mail sending format?

Lots of people don't like stationery as it takes longer to receive mail, also if you are emailing companies mail won't get through because of their system setups as most viruses are sent by email so Plain Text is the preferred option.
Pauline.

205036 2004-01-06 03:09:00 Thanks Pauline,

Yes, the Send tab is OK - HTML is checked. I see what you mean about plain text. I was just formatting some Christmas greetings, using the stationery and larger print in a coloured font. But Paradise would not let them through!
