| 205049 | 2004-01-03 11:32:00 | I have a new Panasonic Laser printer KX-p7100 , which is jamming every time I use it. This happens whether I use the front output or the back. The problem seems to be related to a small black peg behind the back door. The file prints OK, but on the way out the paper hits this black peg and jams up. There are two positions for this peg. (1) on top of a white plastic block or(2) below it. No matter which position I use the jams occur. Can anyone put me right on this? |

Try the troubleshooting section of the users manual and see if it says anything there. Also, damp (or even just slightly damp) paper can jam printers, so that might be a possiblity (although in your case, and with recent weather, probably unlikely). |
