| 205483 | 2004-01-05 11:17:00 | Last summer I downloaded a proggie from Korea, I think, that was supposed to make your PC case emit a certain frequency to repel mozzies from the immediate vicinity of the machine. I threw it out at winter time but they are turning my legs into a bloodbath. Can anyone remember that proggie and where to get it? Pleassseeee ..... |

| 205490 | 2004-01-06 04:45:00 | I don't think those high frequency repellers work very well, if at all. I built a Dick Smith's one a few years ago and it was of no use. So as far as I am concerned it is, "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" :D. It was very cheap and I learnt a bit while building it so didn't bother to try returning it. Here are a couple of interesting sites with negative reports, (I didn't look for positive ones as I am biased. :D ). | 205491 | 2004-01-06 07:12:00 | I agree with agent, I downloaded and ran the prog(out of curiousity). Is that the most annoying sound on the planet or what!!!!!!!!!!! I know that there would be no fear of my family getting bitten by a mozzie in the house while it was running as they would all be bolting for the front door.
