| 205345 | 2004-01-04 23:14:00 | Need some advice on buying a laptop for gaming as well as general office use - what is good and what is reliable? Looking at Targa Visionary XP3, P4 3.06GHZ, 64MB Radeon 9000, 512MB RAM or Packard Bell Easynote M7 280EDW, P4 2.8GHZ, 64MB Radeon 9600, 512 MB RAM (i was told the screen and touch pad are not well designed or reliable) The toshiba A20 GH6 also looks good and was recommended to me but only 32MB video card? Have around $3K to spend - cheers anyone who can help |

| 205346 | 2004-01-05 18:50:00 | I would suggest you spend as little as possible, but consider expansion capacity for RAM. Video limitations always make me think that laptops are ill-suited to gaming. If it was general office use only I would try to spend only $1500. robo. |
