206034 2004-01-08 06:15:00 One day, the computer stopped working. I found a cockroach jammed into a PC power supply plug, and it was smoking with a bad smell. how did it get there? higbvuyb (5088)
206035 2004-01-08 06:17:00 you put it there? ilikelinux (1418)
206036 2004-01-08 06:55:00 When you turned off your computer it would've gone 'hmmm this is a nice warm place' (it may or may not have thought this) and climbed in through the fan exhaust on your PSU. When you turned it on, the power that is suction sucked it into the fan and splat, squashed cockroach

In answer to your question - cockroaches will get in anywhere. As a home appliance service tech. I have seen many in the most weirdest of places. The big worry is that if you have found one there will probably be more. Find them and get rid of them quick before they do some real damage. Peter M (852)
206042 2004-01-08 10:19:00 Maybe it was hungry and liked computer chips,..then again it may have heard that certain worms and bugs frequent computers and was just being nosey. dumdum (4965)
