| 205971 | 2004-01-07 21:10:00 | To enable the transparent background go into Control Panel > System > Advanced tab > Performance Settings button. Under Visual Effects, scroll down to near the bottom and put a tick beside "Use drop shadows for icons labels on the desktop" - Click Apply and OK. | Jen C (20) | ||
