Consolidates a lot of what has been debated in this forum and elsewhere although, I gather from the style, the guy has a beef with MS you could understand that if even half is correct. It gives a useful insight into monopolistic thinking. Another interesting link (www.hevanet.com) from the same article, but by a different author, raising security and privacy issues. The new round of software from ms looks to me like the worst thing to happen to the pc industry ever,I can see it setting the market back years. What are the positives to upgrading to this new os?,i can see plenty of negatives but not 1 positive. And all this aparently driven by less sales of XP then what they desired,Well wake up MS,the word is spreading,Your next OS is going to flop massivly.(i hope) Maybe its time for the market to shift to linux,Get compters back on track rather then be a glorified xbox designed to give MS an ongoing profit from subscripton fees. |
