| 206197 | 2004-01-09 02:25:00 | Lohsing, If it is NOT a virus or worm or a Firewall issue (in particular ZoneAlarm) then try the Winsock repair tool (works for Win9x/ME/XP) from WINsockFix (members.shaw.ca) just down the zip file unzip to a directory of your choice and run the resultant executable.
