| 206093 | 2004-01-08 12:06:00 | Hi I'm trying to help out an elderly lady with a printing problem. She is with paradise and uses incredimail to access her email. Quite often she would like to print the email and so clicks the 'print' icon. printer options come up but nothing prints. Opened a webpage using IE, tried to print but again nothing happened. Opened up a word document, selected print, worked perfectly. Opened up a jpeg, selected print, worked perfectly (colour). Tried web based stuff, no joy printer is an epson stylus c41ux windows xp home usb connection downloaded drivers for xp from epson website still no change, does not want to print from the web strange????? Any suggestions to print directly? (have shown her how to cut and paste email into a word document but it is a hassle having to do it all the time) cheers Ravage |

| 206094 | 2004-01-09 01:28:00 | That's very weird. I hate incredimail with all those cute graphics (waste of bandwidth in my opinion). Not printing from IE as well is very weird. Questions: Does Windows think it has printed successfully from Incredmail and IE? Are other printers defined but not connected? (ie is it printing to the wrong printer in some programs?). Is the Epson the default printer? If not make it so, and give it another try. Have you tried from IE on a web-page that has a printer-friendly option? Have you tried printing in other modes (draft, etc) from Incredimail? It's not a paper size thing? Beyond this I can't think what else I would try. Printing from Word and printing a graphic are okay so mostly it's okay. robo. |

| 206096 | 2004-01-09 12:10:00 | everything comes up fine, just doesn't print when you press print did make sure printer was default, what do you define as a IE printer friendly web page? tried printing a clear news page, nothing happened didn't try changing to draft I'm stumped too cheers ravage |
