| 206306 | 2004-01-09 08:01:00 | Hi all what is the best way to format a hard drive (that's only going to be used as storage). It currently consists of three FAT 32 partitions, a Linux partition and a Linux swap file. THIA julia |

| 206309 | 2004-01-09 09:07:00 | Going from memory right click onto MyComputer and choose Disk Management. Can't remember but I think this tool should be able to delete Linux partitions. Then make new partition and format. | JohnD (509) | ||

| 206312 | 2004-01-09 09:59:00 | Do not use a boot disk Just boot XP normally, right click on "My Computer" icon and select "manage" Select Storage, then Disk Management (local) The drive should be there and you should be able to delete partitions, format etc. No need for any other method usually. |
