| 207124 | 2004-01-13 08:36:00 | Hi all,just installed windows xp pro.am having a couple of probs.firstly on startup a box appears which says ccRegVfy.exe-unable to locate component,cctrust.dll not found.It does not seem to be affecting anything but is annoying.Any ideas on this???? Also cant seem to get norton antivirus 03 to install properly,when i install it it comes up with an error box and says an unauthorised programme has altered settings and the computer will have to reboot,have tryed reinstalling it,but to no avail it keeps happening!!Any ideas.Thanks!!!! |

| 207126 | 2004-01-13 10:20:00 | All of those errors and missing dll's belong to Norton Antivirus. As you seem to be having trouble installing it properly, you should uninstall it and then remove all traces of it left in the registry - use a registry cleaner program (but read the help files first).
