| 206995 | 2004-01-12 16:28:00 | I have a computer that I have just formatted to NTFS. The disk is empty,ie. it has no operating system installed. I now want to format this disk to fat 32. I have tried with win 98 se and with ME. All I get is "wrong DOS version" I tried with XP, but after it installs drivers etc. it wants to install XP. The disk is a 40 meg and I don't want to partition it. As I understand it there is now no size limit for fat 32. Jack |
