1354449 2013-09-27 05:54:00 Hi All.

We are using Xp & W7.

Is anybody using encryption to any email messages sent overseas. I dont know what OS is being used at the other end. I would assume that both ends would have the same programme & passwords.

Could someone explain it to me? Thanks. PJ

Will have a look at that. What I have to keep in mind is that the other end is not computer literate. She is the Boss but a secretary would recieve the email first. PJ

1354454 2013-09-27 07:32:00 Looks like will this send encrypted email. (www.enigmail.net). It's an addon/plugin. You need Thunderbird or Seamonkey internet suite to use it. Altho when you go to the download page it only says 32 bit windows. So it may or may not work in 64 bit windows Speedy Gonzales (78)
1354455 2013-09-27 21:58:00 I will look into these suggestions. Thanks. PJ Poppa John (284)
1354456 2013-09-27 22:17:00 Yeah PGP is basically the way to go. Naturally you'll want to do a few tests with insecure things before actually sending something sensitive ;) Chilling_Silence (9)
1354457 2013-09-28 08:49:00 I have looked at these & others & think that this is not as straightforward as I thought. I will ponder further. PJ Poppa John (284)

Looking forward to this programme being available, made by the same people who make Mailwasher.

Not sure how far away it is but look forward to testing it.

Happy days!
