Can I burn a video from a camera to a CD ? I know I can burn it to a DVD and it will work OK but I must be doing something wrong as I can not get the same file to burn to a CD and play on our CD / DVD player. |

Yes you can, you need to convert it to the correct format. .vob unless its a more modern player that will support other formats. |

I know Nero can do this, make a CD-sized DVD. Works just like a DVD except you can't put as much video on since a CD has less capacity of course. |

The quality is so so but you could author it as a Video CD with the appropriate software. Not sure why you'd want to with DVD's costing hardly any more than CD's anyway. |
