Start your own thread if you want to compare browsers. :) +1 It a amazing how many people say change browsers when a problem occurs . That's not a fix, its only a sidestep. That being said, on this W8 / IE10 PC, the first post of any thread, the advert and what ever the test is doesn't align correctly. Yet the other PC's with IE10 /W7 sometimes display correctly. 50/50 Usually the text is at the top of the page, only been doing it for a day or two, maybe something has been changed ? 4845 |

Depends on what the problem is and how much of it is caused by the browser. I would say in some cases changing browsers is a very valid fix. That said, a big forum like vBulletin should work with Microsoft's latest browser.... |

| 1331774 | 2013-03-10 19:35:00 | Snip<>Snip What I experienced was when I accessed my account from a friend's PC, Chrome copied 1) my bookmarks - and passwords to their PC, and 2) their bookmarks and passwords to my PC. I may have done something wrong I wasn't aware of but the fact I was able to, was enough to make me kill Chrome forever. Then you must have signed into your Gmail account in your friend's install of Chrome. I don't know how long ago this happened but Chrome now has a multi-user ability: support.google.com And there is a warning: Don't sign in to Chrome if you're using a public or untrusted computer. When you set up Chrome with your Google Account, a copy of your data is stored on the computer you're using and can be accessed by other people using the same computer. To remove your data, delete the user you are signed in as. |

Thanks for the input. |
