| 1354091 | 2013-09-30 00:17:00 | I'm guessing that after you changed your folder to read-only, Windows was unable to use it properly and may have created a new one. If that happened, what it did with the old one I do not know. It may have deleted it or renamed it. Your incognito and Silverlight problem is likely a result of this issue. |
