| 207384 | 2004-01-14 09:55:00 | I've just looked carefully at my not so clean laptop monitor, and i went to the shop and brought the softest tissue (noseblowing kind) and took 1 sheet and tried cleaning it..it didnt work.. is there ne proper professional stuff i can buy and use...OR anywhere i can take it for professional proper cleaning? AM in rotorua if anyone knows of anywhere here :-) OR i havent taken it in to get mouse repaied as thy are expecting it,....would they clean it if i ask? |

| 207385 | 2004-01-14 10:15:00 | Just wipe the screen carefully with a moistened soapy soft cloth. Be careful not to have the cloth too wet as you don't want excess fluid getting behind the LCD framing. Don't use any household cleaning products on it. | Jen C (20) | ||

| 207388 | 2004-01-14 10:27:00 | I had the same problem with my screen and now use a cloth bought from the optometrists that is used for cleaning glasses.This was suggested to me by a fellow F1 member,so no credit is due to me,just passing on a helpful hint that works.The cloth is super soft and doesnt scratch. DD. |

| 207391 | 2004-01-16 04:48:00 | Hey guys thanks so much for those ideas, the glasses thingy one worked good but not that perfect and dad said he knows someone who does it professionally for you, so hes gonna look into that as he cannot remember...but after he does it, if we get that done..i'm gonna get what malbro has recommeneded as it seems pretty good :-) thanks heaps guys |
