| 207382 | 2004-01-14 09:31:00 | Hi all. I've got a P4 1.5ghz with winXP. I'm trying to use the other hard drive(B) that originally from a AMD system with winxp installed as well. however, booting with my drive don't have access right to the new drive (B). botting with the other drive(B) can't even get into window. Anyway to access this protected drive (B)? Many thanks! |

| 207383 | 2004-01-14 10:02:00 | Sant - you need to tell us more about what you have done. Have you installed the old drive as slave on IDE0 - or are you just removing the new drive and replacing with the old one? If the former - have you altered your boot.ini for both OSs to boot? |
