207975 2004-01-16 19:07:00 If I hang up when I'm looking for a website the 2 tellys by the clock just stay on and the modem doesn't release the connection, I have to wait for something to time out (about a Minuit) or pull the wire and wait for the timeout, at this point explorer crashes for a brief second (all the icons on the desktop go along with the task-bar) and then I can carry on as usual.
If I hang up (press disconnect) when the page is loaded, then no problems.
anyone had similar problems or have a fix...?

Thanks Trev

207977 2004-01-16 20:27:00 i'll try that shortly but is there a way to force it to dissconect instantly when I click the button? Trev O (452)
207978 2004-01-16 20:38:00 Yes - right click on it - then click on disconnect.

207979 2004-01-17 19:59:00 That's what I have been doing Peter and closing at the auto prompt when everything is closed and from the status window, but it still hangs on, connected and holding the phone line (which I pull out manually)
I just want it to dissconnect when I press one of the dissconnection buttons.
