| 207970 | 2004-01-17 05:49:00 | nope i don't think you understood what i wanted to know is there a setting that makes windows explorer or the my computer window dial out when it is opened so i can turn it off? i want my browser to dial out when opened but i don't want it to try to dial out when i am just looking in my file system i am not after some Band-Aid that just blocks it when it trys to dial out thanks for any help |

Then it wont try access the net each time its loaded, I have put links for the common web sites and search engine I use on it |
