| 207742 | 2004-01-15 21:53:00 | Greetings, Im wanting to know if there is a Security Rollup for Windows 2000 after SP4. Ive found the WinXP SP1 Security Rollup here (www.microsoft.com), but Im also wanting to know where the Win2K one is... Im sure there's one? Another question, One the above website, it says: Date Published: 10/14/2003 Does this mean that it only contains patches til this date? The reason Im asking is its a pain in the @$$ when you have to try and download patches while doing an on-site computer support job, and its not the easiest manually installing all the updates since the last Service Pack (That's if I had the .exe files, or knew where I could get them). Am I alone in wanting this? Does anybody know where I could download the Rollup since the last service pack, or the individual updates? Many thanks Chill. |

Chill - Looking at the WinXP update file I would say that it does only contain updates up to the date stated. After that you'll still have to manually update or do a Windows update to get anything since then. |

| 207746 | 2004-01-16 03:24:00 | Yeah, I found the one for SP2, but fat lot of good that is when Im installing SP4 on the Clients PCs. Thanks for the offer for SP4, but I've already for both XP and 2K Service Packs (Just left them going last night after the Desert Combat download :D) So basically Im gonna have to get my own Patches since SP4 and SP1 Rollup? Bugger... Is there a list anywhere of them, with links to the MS Website where they can be downloaded from? Thanks guys Chill. |

Windows update > scan > other options Personalize your Windows Update experience > Set options for Windows Update then tick “Display the link to the Windows Update Catalog under See Also” Hope this helps |
