Might be in different locations, check "Windows\Temp" folder and also under "Documents and Settings\each user\Local Settings\Temp" folders too. I regularly find large dumped files in here, especially with graphic apps crashing sometimes. Also - checked out recycle bin? Otherwise, its getting interesting I'd say.
