I have Outlook XP and in my contacts folder I have people with business fax numbers, phone numbers and email addresses
When I create a new email and use the address book for to: , I get two names the same eg John Brown - this is because one is for SMTP and one is for FAX.
I would like to know if it is possible to filter or rename the contact so that it either only appears once, or else it appears as John Brown Fax and John Brown email. Outlook 97 does this be default
