208707 2004-01-20 11:28:00 Greetings,

Welcome to PressF1 :-)

I believe you mean a "VGA" for starters..

Aside from that, try the Toshiba.com Website for Driver Downloads (www.csd.toshiba.com)

Hope this helps

208709 2004-01-22 11:06:00 Hello again,

I've downloaded all the available drivers from toshiba.com, but I still have that yellow question mark in the device manager, under - OTHER DEVICES -, Calling for a ( VGA COMPATIBLE ) video controller. Unfortunately I no longer have install disk for this machine..

Any other good idears ????

Tas....

208710 2004-01-22 11:35:00 Have you been to WindowsUpdate for drivers?

Is it a secondary display of some sort? Do you have a Graphics Card under "Graphics/Dislpay Adapters"?

208711 2004-01-22 12:41:00 Ill Check out the windows updates now,

When I look in "Graphics/Display Adapters" I see
<chip type> Unavailable
<DCA type> Unavailable
<memory Size> Unavailable
<adapter string> Unavailable
<bios info>Unavailable

Under Properties

The title is "VGAsave"
Device type "Non-Plug and Play Drivers"

Does this mean I'm looking for something that does not exist

208712 2004-01-22 18:08:00 I'd recommend Tweak'es Favorite Aida32 then, or a Knoppix/DSL CD :-)

They should tell you more specifics about the card so you can get correct drivers :D

Hope this helps
